This steel structure prefabricated shed project contains 3 factory sheds, 1# factory shed 6000M2 (60*100*10m), 2# factory shed 3000M2 (60*100*10m), 3# factory shed 3000M2 (60*100*10m), respectively used to manufacture PPGL, Cables and Steel Nails.

Material selection: The main structure is made of Q235B or Q345B grade steel (Chinese standard)
The columns and beams are welded or hot-rolled H-shaped steel. The walls and roof can be made of profiled steel sheets or sandwich panels (such as EPS, rock wool, and PU sandwich panels). The sandwich panels offer excellent heat insulation and sound insulation performance. The door can be a roller shutter door or a sliding door, and the window can be a plastic-steel window or an aluminum alloy window.
Quality Control and Certification: The factory production adheres to quality management system certifications such as ISO 9001:2008. Many suppliers' products comply with the European CE certification standards, ensuring the international competitiveness and quality reliability of the products. The production process can provide visual information, and even the production situation in the workshop can be watched through video calls.
Technical support and installation guidance: Provide detailed construction drawings and construction manuals. Professional engineers can be dispatched to the site in Benin for installation guidance or supervision
